Video Description

Remote patient management (RPM) is being utilized more frequently by home care organizations, and with good reason: RPM can dramatically improve both care and operational efficiency by helping practitioners avoid unnecessary house calls, and by letting them optimize the time they spend with patients. As a means to more effectively treating patients where they’re most comfortable (home), RPM can also boost patient satisfaction, translating into more patient referrals. “Those referrals from patients to patients are the strongest referrals you can have as a home care agency,” as Care Innovations® COO Marcus Grindstaff points out.
