What does it take to achieve success with a remote patient management (RPM) program? There are many factors in play, but perhaps none so important as the makeup of the program’s “health sessions” — the individual, one-on-one patient/clinician encounters that makes up an individual’s care regimen. Designed to gather information from patients while also providing educational information and/or instruction back to them, these sessions must be customized for each individual.
